CLIENT CALLS
In order to insure proactive communication with our clients, Retirement Advisors of America has a policy of contacting each client at least once every 90 days. The purpose for these calls is to make sure our services exceed our clients’ expectations and if not, to address any concerns the client may have and provide a satisfactory solution.
INDIVIDUAL CLIENT MEETINGS
We feel that face to face contact is an integral part of our relationship with clients. We accomplish this through individual meetings in client homes, our regional client seminars and through client office visits. Our client office visits are a great opportunity to get to know our staff. We will pick you up at the airport, take you to your hotel and if time allows, treat you to lunch with one of your Relationship Manager team members. We will spend time reviewing your account, estate plan or any other issues that need to be covered.
